ReplyDeletecan separate parameters be used for selecting students for LLM from LLB honours and LLB degree streams? concerned college selected students on 50% minimum whereas the passing for honours is 50% and that for degree is 40%, so automatically every student passing honours qualifies for LLM. seems to me as arbitrary and hence violative of natural justice as also ART 14. can a writ be prayed for u/ART 226?
